What to Put on a Personalised Dog Collar
A personalised dog collar can keep everyday identification visible without adding a separate tag that swings or jingles. The hard part is deciding what to engrave when the available space is limited.
Start with the information that helps someone contact you
For most owners, the most useful starting point is a current mobile number. If someone finds your dog, a readable phone number provides a direct way to contact you.
You may also choose to add your dog's name, a second phone number or a short message, depending on how much space the collar or buckle provides.
Keep the engraving easy to read
More text is not always better. A few clear lines are usually easier to read than trying to fit every possible detail onto a small buckle or nameplate. Double-check the spelling and phone number before submitting a personalised order because custom products are made specifically from the information you provide.
Dog name or no dog name?
